TEST JIG FOR 7227/9827 RELAYS

1) Assemble test jig as shown below.

2) Connect wire to A/C side of relay.

3) Plug cord into 115vac. If light comes on without D/C side attached, relay is bad.

4) Connect 6vdc battery to D/C side of relay, the light should turn “ON”.

5) If light does not turn on, the 7227/9827 relay is bad.
